Riley Keough

American actor Danielle Riley Keough. 2. Born in Santa Monica (California) to the musicians Lisa Marie Presley & Danny Keough she is the grandchild of actress Priscilla Presley, as well as singer Elvis Presley. Keough was raised by her father in Hawaii, Los Angeles and was able to spend time with her mother in California. When she was 15, she began modeling, with appearances at fashion shows for Dolce & Gabbana and Christian Dior in addition to being featured on the cover of Vogue. Her first feature film appearance came at the age of 20 when she starred in a supporting role as Marie Currie in The Runaways (2010). After The Good Doctor (2011) her role was in Jack & Diane (2012). Before being cast in Magic Mike (2012), a minor part in Steven Soderbergh's comedy film Magic Mike (2012). In 2012, Keough appeared in Yellow and Kiss of the Damned. She was then in the action movie Mad Max: Fury Road (2015). It was the fourth installment in the Mad Max series. In 2016, Keough had her breakthrough role as a law student-turned-escort in the first season of the anthology series The Girlfriend Experience, executive-produced by Soderbergh and based on his 2009 film of the same name. Her performance received high praise and received nominations for the Golden Globe Award for Best Performance by an Actress in a TV Limited Series or Motion Picture. Keough's subsequent performance as a young, strident woman in American Honey (2017) won an even greater amount of acclaim. She received an Independent Spirit Award nomination. The same year, Keough appeared in the apocalyptic slasher film It Comes at Night (2017) as well as reuniting with Soderbergh to play a role in his heist film Logan Lucky. She followed this with roles in a range of thriller and horror films in the year 2018, including Lars Von Trier's The House That Jack Built as well as the neo-noir Under the Silver Lake, and Hold the Dark. Keough played the role of the lead in The Lodge, a psychological horror film. Zola is Keough's comedy-drama sequel. Keough plays the character Sandy Harrison, Netflix's 2020 release The Devil All the Time.
